Indira Gandhi National Open University, a central university in New Delhi, publishes a Master of Business Administration in open and online modes. A September 2023 fee notification covers MBA and MBAOL. A June 2024 regional list says the MBA is taught in English, takes a minimum of two years and a maximum of four, and admits students with a three-year bachelor's degree at 50% marks, or 45% for reserved categories. The printed fee is ₹15,500 for semesters 1, 2, and 4, and ₹17,500 for semester 3. The same list names separate MBA programmes in financial management, human resource management, marketing management, and operations management at the same semester fees. A 2026 fee revision was not in these documents. A GMAT rule was not stated.
